consl is operated by Bluesteam LLC together with Steamnook S.L., which runs consl's Meta integration. It is an inventory, production and cost-accounting tool for ecommerce businesses. This policy describes what we collect and how we use it.
Account details (name, email) for sign-in; and the business data you create or connect — products, purchases, production lots, suppliers, facilities, and inventory, order and listing data pulled from sales platforms you explicitly authorize (such as Amazon, Shopify or TikTok Shop) through their official APIs.
Solely to provide the service to you: computing costs, tracking inventory and generating restock recommendations for your own workspace. We do not sell your data, share it with third parties for their own purposes, or use it for advertising. Order data from connected platforms is aggregated into per-product daily unit counts; we do not use your customers' personal information.
If you connect an AI agent, you choose the company and its access. The agent can receive company records and reports that your team permissions allow. You can separately enable edits to lots, purchases and transactions, and supported reads from connected platforms. Platform credentials stay on consl's servers. We record agent change requests and their outcomes. Revoke access in Settings → Agents to stop future requests; this does not remove information already received by your agent. Your chosen agent provider's own terms and privacy policy govern how it handles that information.
When you choose to connect a bank through Plaid, consl receives the accounts you share, account names and masks, balances, and transaction details such as dates, amounts and merchant descriptions. We use this data to suggest and record reconciliations for your company. We do not receive your bank password, and this connection does not authorize consl to move money. Plaid processes your connection under its End User Privacy Policy.
Connecting or managing bank access requires signing in and permission from your company. Your company owner controls who can view, reconcile or manage bank connections. Recommendations never post automatically.
Disconnecting stops future updates and requests revocation of Plaid access. If the provider is temporarily unavailable, we retry revocation; no further transaction sync is performed while that request is pending. Imported transactions, reconciliation history, notes and files remain as your accounting records. Deleting a company disables access immediately and starts a 60-day recovery period, after which its records and files are scheduled for deletion. Encrypted database backups are retained for 14 days by default and are then removed under the backup retention schedule. Contact us for a data export or deletion request.
Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure in the United States. Platform access tokens are encrypted at rest, connections use TLS, and access to your workspace is limited to authorized people and the agents they explicitly connect within their permissions.
You can disconnect a sales platform at any time, which revokes our access to it. To export or delete your account and its data, email us and we'll complete it promptly.
